About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. You will be responsible for extracting and analyzing data from Xero's Data Warehouse and Google Analytics to support digital marketing campaigns and acquisition efforts. Your expertise will help establish a data-driven understanding of customer behaviors and inform marketing strategies.

  • Extract and analyze complex data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
  • Develop and implement data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business decisions.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in data analytics.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and Google Analytics.
  • Experience with tracking and GTM.
  • Proficiency in Mixpanel and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
