Job Title: Tech Retail Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Retail Assistant to join our team at Scorptec. As a Tech Retail Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical queries and provide solutions to hardware and software issues.
  • Process sales and warranty orders, and perform quality control testing on computer builds.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ascertain customer needs and requirements.
  • Manage point of sales processes and pick and pack customer orders.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hardware Technical Support within the IT industry.
  • Experience with hardware and software issues and how to build systems to specification.
  • Strong product knowledge on PC builds and product functionality.
  • Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build rapport and relationship with customers.
  • Good Communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Time Management Skills.
  • Integrity, honesty, flexibility, good energy levels and ability to deal with stress.
  • Willing to work in a team environment.
