We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Retail Assistant to join our team at Scorptec. As a Tech Retail Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with technical queries and provide solutions to hardware and software issues.
- Process sales and warranty orders, and perform quality control testing on computer builds.
- Provide excellent customer service and ascertain customer needs and requirements.
- Manage point of sales processes and pick and pack customer orders.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Hardware Technical Support within the IT industry.
- Experience with hardware and software issues and how to build systems to specification.
- Strong product knowledge on PC builds and product functionality.
- Strong Customer Service skills and ability to build rapport and relationship with customers.
- Good Communication skills – written and verbal.
- Time Management Skills.
- Integrity, honesty, flexibility, good energy levels and ability to deal with stress.
- Willing to work in a team environment.
