Job Title: Support Worker for Independent Living

We are committed to supporting individuals with cerebral palsy and other neurological and physical disabilities.

The role of a support worker is to deliver personalized support in a group home setting, providing assistance with daily living activities, socialization, and community engagement.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering personalized support in a group home setting
  • Providing in-home support by assisting clients with meal times, personal care, and medication administration
  • Assisting with domestic duties around the home
  • Socializing and building a positive relationship with our clients

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Nationally recognized qualification such as Certificate III in Individual Support or Certificate IV in Disability
  • NSW Driver's License
  • Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, 3-4 days, across various shift times
