**Job Title:** Home Care Worker L3- Inner West
In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our elderly clients in the comfort of their own homes. As a Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management. You will also provide companionship and social support to help our clients maintain their independence and dignity.

You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
