Warehouse Site Leader

This leadership position requires a highly skilled professional with experience in construction management to oversee the smooth execution of warehouse projects.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure timely completion and high-quality results. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising all on-site construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
  • Coordinating work with subcontractors to guarantee quality and timeliness.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by monitoring the use of machinery, equipment, and materials.
  • Scheduling work to meet project deadlines and conducting regular site inspections to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Managing and reporting daily progress to the project manager and implementing best practices to enhance site efficiency.

Requirements for success in this role include:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management with at least 3 completed warehouse or industrial project sites.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency in reading construction drawings and specifications, and a solid understanding of safety protocols and construction processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and possess OSHA or equivalent safety certification as a plus.
  • Relevant certification or degree in construction management or a related field and a proven track record of successfully leading construction teams.
