Major Construction Project Manager

This role involves overseeing the operations of a Major Construction Crew. Key responsibilities include planning and supervising major construction and maintenance works for water and wastewater distribution facilities.
You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve optimal results in terms of customer service, environmental protection, and workplace safety.
- Supervises and supports a team to enable Council to function at an optimal level.
- Exhibits leadership behaviours by showing initiative and taking responsibility for self and group actions.
- Supports continuous improvement by identifying improvements to processes and practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Certificate IV in Water Industry or relevant trade qualifications.
- Class C Driver's Licence.
- Current NSW SafeWork First Aid Certificate.
- Current National WHS Construction Card (SafeWork).
- Asbestos Licence for removal of >10 sq meters.
