Job Opportunity: Construction Site Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Construction Site Manager to lead our construction crew. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale construction projects.


About the Role
  • Supervise a team of construction workers to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, including time sheets, material usage, and safety reports.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Water Industry or equivalent qualification.
  • Class C Driver's Licence.
  • Current NSW SafeWork First Aid Certificate.
  • Current National WHS Construction Card (SafeWork).
  • Recent relevant experience in water and/or wastewater infrastructure work.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
