Job Title: Rehabilitation Consultant

 

The role of a Rehabilitation Consultant is to facilitate the return to wellness and rehabilitation of individuals who have suffered injury, illness, or trauma. This involves working with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial assessments and perform worksite reviews to identify rehabilitation needs
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans in collaboration with clients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders
  • Monitor client progress and adjust rehabilitation plans as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients

 

Requirements:

  • Current unrestricted registration or membership with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Experience with professional documentation and report writing
  • Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
