Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely manner, prioritizing the needs of each participant
  • Deliver evidence-based speech pathology services to participants within schools, homes, and the local community, fostering a collaborative environment
  • Use clinical observations, standardized assessments, and interpret findings to formulate unique treatment goals tailored to each participant's requirements
  • Provide therapeutic interventions grounded in best practice, empowering participants to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Maintain awareness of current NDIS legislation and guidelines to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional outcomes
Qualifications and Experience
  • Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia, demonstrating expertise and commitment to the field
  • Proven experience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduation, with a strong track record of delivering results-oriented services
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, enabling effective management of a varied caseload
  • A proactive attitude, driven by a passion for improvement and a desire to learn from new ideas and experiences
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working in the disability sector, with a deep understanding of its complexities and challenges
