Job Summary:
As a Graduate Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic care to clients across various settings, including clinics, hospitals, and community-based facilities. You will work closely with a dedicated team to assess client needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify areas requiring intervention
- Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and coordination of care
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to meet regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- AHPRA registration or eligibility to register
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands
