High Performing Retail Leasing Specialist

The Position
A key role exists for a highly skilled and experienced Retail Leasing Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the leasing process, with the primary objective of maximising gross income from tenants and optimising occupancy levels.
- Re-negotiating existing leases to enhance gross income
- Ensure minimal vacancy, along with rental growth and low incentive capital.
- Work on reconfiguring & adding new precincts into the asset
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of shopping centre precincts
- To maximise rental growth on lease renewals
- Engage in leasing with both F & B and specialty stores
- To develop & implement leasing strategies
- To continually develop retailer relations
- To continually improve the leasing processes within the business nationally
- Collaborate with key internal & external stakeholders including centre teams and retailers
- Able to travel interstate
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience working with an institutional owner or private landlord. If you are an experienced Retail Leasing Executive from an agency background then you are welcome to apply also You will be a strong team player and eager to achieve results Someone with strong relationships with national retailers as well as mum and dad retailers.
