Key Responsibilities:- Build strong relationships with children and families to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Collaborate with the Community Programs team to deliver playgroups and other supports
- Take a flexible approach to meet families where they are at on their parenting journey
- Model effective early childhood practice and provide support around early childhood development
- Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education
- Outstanding communication skills with families
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Commitment to an inclusive curriculum
- Ability to follow WH&S and other policies
- Knowledge of the ECEC sector
- A supportive and safe workplace
