Community Playgroup Facilitator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Community Playgroup Facilitator to join our team. As a key member of our Community Programs team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality playgroups and supports to families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with children and families to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment
  • Collaborate with the Community Programs team to deliver playgroups and other supports
  • Take a flexible approach to meet families where they are at on their parenting journey
  • Model effective early childhood practice and provide support around early childhood development
Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education
  • Outstanding communication skills with families
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Commitment to an inclusive curriculum
  • Ability to follow WH&S and other policies
  • Knowledge of the ECEC sector
