About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Registered Nurse to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in facilitating return-to-work outcomes for clients with physical injuries or psychological disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients with a physical injury or psychological disorder, completing case management and reports to facilitate return-to-work outcomes.
  • Develop the skills needed to conduct motivational interviews with clients as well as influencing stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients.
  • Organise appropriate intervention with stakeholders, including writing return-to-work plans and attending medical appointments with clients.
  • Complete reports after assessments and meetings, and communicate with medical professionals regarding diagnosis and treatment.
  • Facilitate a safe and timely graduated return to work, and document case notes as part of reporting and compliance requirements.
Requirements
  • General Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
  • Car and valid Driver's license.
  • Police check or willingness to obtain a police check prior to commencement.
  • Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
