Role Overview

In this role, you will be working within the Community Programs team to deliver high-quality playgroups and other supports to families. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with children and families, providing a welcoming environment, and taking a flexible approach to meet families' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Model effective early childhood practice

Requirements

  • Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education
  • Outstanding communication skills with families
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Commitment to an inclusive curriculum
  • Ability to follow WH&S and other policies
  • Knowledge of the ECEC sector
