As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the advance of civil claims on behalf of clients who have been abused as children in schools, juvenile detention facilities, and other institutional settings.

The successful candidate will provide superior planning, management, and delivery of our Abuse Law Operations function across Australia. This includes ensuring compliance with processes and procedures, driving process improvements, delivering financial targets, and executing strategic plans.

You will be responsible for coordinating and managing operations initiatives and related communications plans, diary, and travel management for the leadership team, and developing agendas for meetings and strategy sessions.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with strong knowledge of personal injury claims processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with all levels of staff.

The ideal candidate will have a positive outlook, strong problem-solving skills, and a 'can-do' attitude. They will also possess strong organisation and development skills, technical abilities, and the ability to exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously and satisfactorily.
