Main Responsibilities
- Manage key processes, maintaining data integrity and meeting deadlines.
- Lead a team in clearing work assignments within required timeframes and communicating with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with business objectives.
- Review and maintain processes according to current business practice, working with leadership teams.
- Engage with business users to ensure they understand and comply with agreed process handoffs.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to network across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills – written and verbal for internal and external stakeholders.
- Process-oriented, organized, with strong planning ability and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 3 years of industry experience and 2 years of team leadership experience.
