Job Title: Operations Team Lead

This role is an excellent opportunity to take on a leadership position and be responsible for leading a team of operations staff. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and developing their skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a roster for the team to ensure all daily tasks and operations are covered.
  • Work with the Store Leadership teams to identify challenges, areas of opportunity and upcoming priorities.
  • Develop succession plans through coaching to increase team productivity and improve overall satisfaction.

The Operations Team Lead will also be responsible for working as part of the Proactive Services Team, providing cleaning, trolley collection and waste management services.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to coach and train staff.
