About this role

This Operations Team Lead will oversee safe and efficient operations and maintenance activities at Eildon power station and Rubicon hydroelectric power generation scheme infrastructure.

The primary focus is on operational leadership, including planning, organisation and supervision of local operations and maintenance works, leading and developing a multi-discipline trades and operator workforce, and performing administrative functions as required.

This role will involve overseeing projects delegated by the supervisor and supervising AGL employees and contractors.
