Job Description

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities to maintain their independence and achieve their goals. You will work closely with our clients to foster their capacity and provide support in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance and support to clients in their homes
  • Helping clients access community resources and services
  • Building client capacity through tailored support plans

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
