We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Empowering Individuals with Disabilities Support Professional. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care support to participants, including assisting with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Support participants with safe administration of medications as per care plans and guidelines.
  • Assist with meal preparation and planning, while respecting dietary needs and preferences.
  • Accompany participants to appointments, recreational activities, shopping, and social outings to encourage independence and community participation.
  • Provide safe transport and mobility assistance, ensuring participants can access services and activities.
Requirements
  • A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of disabilities.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
