Electrical Engineer for Analog and RF Circuit Design

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to design, develop, and test analog and RF circuits in our integrated Systems-on-Chip products.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Analog circuit design at the transistor level, with a focus on mm-wave circuits
  • Capture, layout, and 3D electromagnetic modeling of on-chip passives
  • Simulation and verification of analog and RF circuits
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Cadence, Mentor, and ADS Design, Verification, and Layout tools
  • Experience with 3D EM tools such as EMX or SONNET
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
