Job Title: RF Circuit Design Specialist

The RF Circuit Design Specialist will be responsible for designing and verifying analog and RF/mm-wave circuits in integrated SiGe/CMOS RF/mixed signal Systems-on-Chip products. Key responsibilities include the design capture, layout, and 3D electromagnetic modeling of on-chip passives, as well as analogue/mm-wave circuit simulations and verification.


Key Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Cadence, Mentor, & ADS Design, Verification & layout tools
  • Proficiency in 3D EM tools such as EMX or SONNET
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work as part of a cross-functional team

This position requires a BSEE degree with a preferred graduation grade of Excellent and a graduation project related to the analogue/RFIC field (or relevant industry experience).


Essential Job Functions:
  • Analog/mm-wave circuit design at the transistor level
  • Documentation, test, and evaluation of RF/mixed signal Systems-on-Chip products

Preferred Skills:
  • Working knowledge of various programming languages and scripting tools
  • Experience with automated testing and validation methodologies
