Job Role Summary

This engineering position focuses on the development of analog and RF/mm-wave circuits in advanced integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct design, verification, and simulation of complex analog and RF/mm-wave circuits in cutting-edge Systems-on-Chip products.
  • Design and implement circuit-level analog/mm-wave circuitry, including mm-wave amplifiers, LNAs, power amplifiers, mixers, switches, attenuators, VGAs, vector modulators, VCOs in CMOS and HBT technologies.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Cadence, Mentor, and ADS design tools for circuit verification and layout.
  • Working knowledge of 3D EM tools such as EMX or SONNET for electromagnetic modeling.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex circuit design challenges.
  • Requires a BSEE degree with a strong academic record and a relevant graduation project in analog/RFIC engineering or equivalent industry experience.
