The role of Human Resources Generalist is essential in providing support to our Fulfillment Centre associates. As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing people initiatives, offering internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.

Key Job Responsibilities
  • Time and Attendance Management: Administer and support an accurate time and attendance system for payroll purposes, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • People Support: Provide general support and guidance to leaders and employees on People matters, including benefits, pay, policy, and wellbeing.
  • Employee Inquiries: Respond to employee queries regarding employment-related matters, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Performance Investigations: Manage performance and misconduct investigations, supporting and coaching leaders in the management of their teams.
  • Process Improvement: Lead and execute people and process improvement initiatives and projects, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employment records, updating HR systems accordingly.
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including documentation, data reporting, and supporting general activities across the employee lifecycle.
  • Subject-Matter Expertise: Act as a Subject-Matter Expert for employees, escalating complex issues as necessary.
  • Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance on policies, processes, and systems to employees, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 6+ months of Human Resources experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
