Role Overview

As the HR Coordinator at LifeFul, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Talent Acquisition, Program Managers, Finance, and the Disability Operations Manager as well as all employees to ensure a high-performing, engaged, and values-driven workforce. You will oversee HR operations, including compliance with NDIS regulations, workforce planning, employee relations, policy development, and training initiatives. Partnering closely with leadership, you will drive initiatives that enhance staff retention, streamline onboarding, and foster a positive workplace culture. Your expertise in HR best practices will help LifeFul manage and support a team that delivers exceptional care to NDIS participants.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Human Resources Management.
  • Proven track record managing policies, procedures, compliance, onboarding, and performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.
