The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at ABN Group as the People Business Partner. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the organization to drive business outcomes through effective talent management, organizational design, and employee engagement initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance skills and knowledge across the organization.
  • Analyze data to inform business decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with employees, managers, and external partners to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and improving business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
