About the Role

The Business Resilience Officer is a strategic partner in fostering an environment that thrives under uncertainty. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance business resilience through proactive risk management, effective service delivery, and informed decision-making.

  • Key responsibilities include validating Business Continuity Plans against industry standards, reviewing and updating organizational policies, and developing targeted training programs.

Main duties involve:

  • Validating BC plans against established design standards.
  • Reviewing and updating relevant governance documents.
  • Preparing and presenting data-driven reports and analyses.
  • Maintaining up-to-date records of organizational policies and procedures.

Suitable candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, a degree or relevant certification, project planning and implementation experience, strong time management skills, and prior experience with Business Resilience and Risk Management standards.
