Service Process Manager

The role of Service Coordinator involves overseeing the entire service process, encompassing reactive service, planned maintenance and customer support.
- Respond to incoming calls and direct enquiries as required.
- Communicate with customers and end users to triage issues and collect key information.
- Initiate jobs in a customised job management system.
- Book attendance for service technicians.
- Source parts as needed.
- See through jobs to completion to achieve business objectives.
- Verify technician time and materials recorded on jobs for accuracy, fairness and reasonableness.
- Maintain all job information up to date.
- Offer backup support to the rest of the service department when necessary.
- Collaborate with the billing department on invoicing queries to ensure accuracy and profitability.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders as required.
About YouWe seek a highly motivated individual with 2 years experience in a Service Coordinator, Facilitation or Customer Support role. It is desirable that you have experience in the food and beverage industry and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in MS Office is also necessary. A team player who is willing to assist others is ideal. Demonstrated organisational and prioritisation skills are also desired.
