
Customer Service Process Manager

Key responsibilities include designing and documenting scalable customer service processes, analyzing customer service KPIs and operational data to identify areas for improvement and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
Key Accountabilities:- Develop, implement and maintain customer service processes and SOPs that drive consistency, efficiency and compliance.
- Analyze customer service KPIs and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct regular audits to identify non-compliance and root causes, and develop corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with IT, Sales, Supply Planning and Logistics to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead the roll-out of new tools, systems and processes, ensuring effective communication, training and adoption.
- Establish quality assurance frameworks and audit routines to monitor compliance and lead internal and external audit responses.
- Evaluate and implement customer service support tools to improve efficiency and quality.
