The position of Lead Clinical Psychologist is a key leadership role that involves coordinating the delivery of clinical services across the Centre. As part of this team, you will conduct assessments and provide intervention to a range of complex clients while also providing quality leadership and support to a multidisciplinary team.
This role requires high-quality supervision skills as well as experience in working with multidisciplinary teams. You will be responsible for overseeing offence-specific and offence-related interventions and contributing to program development that supports prisoner wellbeing and rehabilitation.
- Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Experience supervising or mentoring clinical staff
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- A collaborative, outcomes-focused approach
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
