Senior Clinical Pharmacy Leader

Alfred Health is a leading healthcare provider in Australia, renowned for its high-quality patient-focused services, education, and research programs. We are seeking an experienced pharmacist to lead our Pharmacy Learning and Development Team in a full-time position.
The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic pharmacist with a passion for clinical pharmacy and education. As the Lead Pharmacist - Learning and Development, you will be responsible for developing and managing core clinical education activities, including designing and implementing key programs in our department. You will also conduct practice-based research projects in clinical pharmacy and clinical education.
- Develop and manage core clinical education activities
- Design and implement key programs in our department
- Conduct practice-based research projects in clinical pharmacy and clinical education
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in clinical education in a hospital or academic setting
- High level of clinical skills and knowledge as well as judgement and reasoning
- Demonstrated skills in change-management
- Problem-solving and risk assessment abilities and the ability to use initiative
- Excellent communication, time management skills with the ability to prioritise, plan and organise your work and deliver deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience developing and building learning packages/credentialing programs
