Senior Clinical Leader

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated leader to join our multidisciplinary team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced nurse to provide expert leadership and management of the clinical nursing and support staff on Mellor Ward, a 35-bed inpatient rehabilitation ward at Austin Health.
- Lead a team providing intensive rehabilitation services to patients with neurological events, orthopaedic surgery, amputations, liver transplants, and long ICU admissions.
- Collaborate with unit leaders to model the core values of our organization through effective leadership and management.
- Develop and implement evidence-based practice to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
