About the Role
  • Prepare and issue RFQs and tenders to ensure timely procurements.
  • Evaluate supplier quotes and compare pricing for cost-effectiveness.
  • Administer contracts and track compliance for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases.
  • Participate in supplier meetings and negotiations to establish strong relationships.
  • Monitor delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with site teams to forecast procurement needs and align with business objectives.
  • Work under the supervision of contracts or procurement specialists to develop skills and knowledge.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • You will be currently enrolled in a Commerce, Business, Economics, or similar degree program.
  • You have experience working with relevant software and systems through studies or placements.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills and effective communication skills across verbal, written, numerical, and graphical formats.
  • You are able to uphold high work standards and build strong relationships with peers and leaders.
  • You have the capacity to work independently to meet personal and team goals.
  • You hold a valid manual driver's license.
  • You are willing to live and work remotely.
