Procurement and Contract Specialist

The role involves providing high-level advice on procurement and contract management matters to ensure compliance with policy and objectives. This is an opportunity to work in a team delivering efficient procurement services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure procurement services meet current and future needs.
- Administer strategic contracts in accordance with contract management policy and frameworks.
- Assist in preparing reports, submissions, and correspondence relating to procurement contract matters.
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously
- Experience in government tendering and contract management requirements.
- Working knowledge of Technology One and contract management modules.
- Knowledge of NSW Local and State Government contracts, policies, and regulations.
- Opportunity to work in local government and contribute to efficient procurement services.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
