Procurement Specialist Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team for a 3 month contract in Western Sydney. This is a full-time role that offers hybrid working flexibility.

The job involves providing expert advice, information and guidance on procurement related matters across the organisation. You will be responsible for participating in negotiations, market and industry analysis, sourcing activities, contracting and implementation. Additionally, you will liaise with stakeholders to validate business needs, review vendors/suppliers and prepare tender documents.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A good knowledge of the procurement, sourcing and purchase order process
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experience in an ERP system (preferably WorkDay and WorkDay Strategic Sourcing)
  • Immediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
