Job Title: Procurement and Contract Specialist

This role plays a crucial part in achieving project delivery success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project contracts, including EPC, BoP, D&C, O&M, LTSA, and other relevant agreements.
  • Drive contract negotiation, execution workflows, compliance tracking, and variation/claim management.
  • Track contract deliverables, obligations, milestones, and performance guarantees.
  • Maintain the project control register (EOT, variations, claims) and contract register for accurate document control.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure robust contract governance.
  • Support project managers throughout the lifecycle of each project by overseeing project performance metrics and delivering regular contract reporting to senior leadership.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for contract management and continuous improvement across the delivery function.

Qualifications include 7–10 years of experience in contract management for large-scale power infrastructure or renewable energy projects, proven ability to negotiate and manage complex EPC and related contracts and subcontracts, strong working knowledge of construction law and risk management principles, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with proven experience managing multiple contracts and stakeholders, and comfort advising senior management and coordinating cross-functional teams.
