Main Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with safety obligations under company policies, procedures, customer requirements, and legislative laws.">
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and compliance by participating in risk management, audits, workplace visits, and discussions with site personnel.">
  • Develop and adhere to Site Safety Plans, consulting with workforce and management.">
  • Report incidents, including near misses, in line with Linfox Incident Management Procedure.">
  • Provide effective maintenance support that meets scheduled and unscheduled service needs of facilities.">
  • Deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations to various audiences as required.">
  • Assist in delivering projects according to approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality.">
  • Ensure team members update documents, tools, templates, and reporting to reflect current market initiatives and pricing.">

  • Experience in supporting large operations' building facilities.">
  • Proven experience leading by example in managing contractors, including security, safety infrastructure, operational equipment, and MHE solutions.">
  • Strong understanding of environmental impacts through delivery of repairs, maintenance, and projects for sustainable solutions.">
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and professional documentation and communication skills.">
