This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the safety of people at our aquatic facilities.

 

The Role:We are currently looking for enthusiastic, reliable and friendly individuals who have a passion for water safety. Our lifeguards will be responsible for providing leadership and coaching to our team and ensuring that all areas both in and surrounding our pools are safe and enjoyable environments for all patrons.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the day-to-day pool operations run smoothly and safely.
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff and other stakeholders.
  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive culture.
  • Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Maintain a high level of physical fitness and ability to respond to emergencies.

 

Requirements:
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Working with Vulnerable People
