Job Overview

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in managing or leading in a similar leisure or aquatic facility.
  • Strong communication skills with positive influencing and negotiation abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Operational, financial, and people plan execution experience.
  • Certification in CPR and First Aid is required.
  • A valid National Police Check and Working with Vulnerable People certification are necessary.
  • Legal working rights in Australia are also essential.
