High-Value Claim Resolution Specialist

The primary responsibility of this role is to manage a portfolio of complex claims, including professional indemnity, injury, and property liability.
- End-to-end claim management involves overseeing class actions, cluster claims, and high-value exposures.
- Strategic advice on policy interpretation, litigation, and claim resolution is essential.
- Collaboration with internal legal teams, panel firms, and counsel is necessary to navigate legal complexities.
- Attending mediations, settlement conferences, and court proceedings as required is crucial.
For success in this position, the ideal candidate will have:
- A tertiary qualification in law, business, or insurance (mandatory).
- Industry qualifications such as a Diploma in Financial Services (mandatory).
- 5–10 years' experience managing complex liability or professional indemnity claims.
- Litigation experience, including briefing panel firms or direct involvement (mandatory).
