Project managers play a crucial role in overseeing project lifecycle from inception to implementation.

They are accountable for ensuring that the agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality measures are met.

Key responsibilities include developing project plans, driving project milestones, establishing effective communication plans with team members and stakeholders, and providing day-to-day direction to resources.

Additionally, they are responsible for preparing documentation, status reports, and budgets.

Requirements include excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, project planning skills, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis, and problem-solving skills.

Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word is also required.

Applicants should have 0-2 years of experience in project management.

The company offers standard 40-hour weeks and hybrid work arrangements with four days onsite per week in Charlotte, NC.

Employment type is contractor, and W2 contract is available.
