Key Responsibilities

  • Support young people to manage challenging behaviors and develop life skills
  • Plan and attend activities to promote emotional, social, and physical well-being
  • Complete case notes and administrative tasks daily
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment

About You

We are seeking a flexible and adaptable individual who is passionate about working with young people. You will have a Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field and a QLD Working With Children Blue Card. You will also have the ability to provide two references from recent employers and be available for a variety of shifts over a fortnightly roster.

Essential Requirements

  • A QLD Working With Children Blue Card or have applied for one
  • Current valid driver's license with no restrictions
  • Ability to provide two references from recent employers
  • Already hold or are enrolled in a Certificate IV or higher in a relevant field prior to commencing work
  • Availability for a variety of different shifts over a fortnightly roster
