About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Qualifications: Diploma or higher in Child or Youth Services (or equivalent) or willingness to undertake.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience working with young people and supporting individuals, including youth and persons who have experienced trauma and neglect.
- Licenses: A valid Queensland Driver's Licence.
- Screening: Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening, and LCS2.
- Availability: Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passion: A genuine commitment to supporting young people and contributing to a positive team culture.
