Drive business success by streamlining processes and optimizing performance in the energy sector. We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Partner with project managers to embed process improvements across the project lifecycle, ensuring efficiency and compliance with ISO standards.
  • Develop and refine workflows, checklists, and quality standards to drive seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Analyse current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes using Lean Six Sigma principles.
  • Build dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel to track and present performance metrics.
  • Oversee documentation control, ensuring accuracy and adherence to certification standards.
  • Support onboarding and training, while ensuring seamless handovers across teams.

About You:

  • You are a motivated professional with experience in project delivery, operations, or process improvement, ideally within the energy or construction sectors.
  • You have strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to streamline processes and embed efficiencies across teams.
  • You possess advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create dashboards and analyse data for decision making.

Key Qualifications:

  • 3-6 years' experience in energy projects (solar PV or batteries desirable).
