About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from sourcing and tendering to supply chain management and contract oversight.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver strategic procurement solutions that meet our organisational goals. This includes identifying and mitigating risks, building strong relationships with suppliers, and planning ahead to ensure our strategies are aligned with our objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance big-picture thinking with careful attention to detail. They will also have experience in procurement, preferably in the energy sector, and be familiar with contract management methodologies and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • tertiary qualification in Business, Procurement or Supply Chain Management (desirable)
  • Experience in procurement, preferably in the energy sector
  • Strong commercial understanding and communication skills
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with careful attention to detail
