Business Development Manager

The role of Business Development Manager involves driving commercial growth in the energy sector, particularly focusing on renewable solutions. As a key team member, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and develop customized solar and energy storage solutions that align with clients' sustainability and financial objectives.

  • Identify potential business opportunities across the commercial and industrial energy sector.
  • Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement to contract signature.
  • Develop tailored solar and BESS solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Create compelling proposals, bids, and tenders for solar and energy storage projects.
  • Negotiate contracts that align with strategic objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including sustainability professionals, CFOs, and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, finance, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are feasible and profitable.
  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform strategy.

To excel in this position, you should have expertise in identifying business opportunities, managing sales processes, and developing customized solutions. Your ability to build strong relationships, negotiate effectively, and stay up-to-date with industry trends will be essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Marketing:
