The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Parts Coordinator to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supplying quality products to our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpreting and processing customer parts requests, including pricing and availability of stock
  • Providing exceptional service to internal and external customers via phone and email
  • Sourcing and supplying parts to meet customer requests
  • Raising quotes, sales orders, and invoices for parts sales
  • Utilizing strong computer skills, data entry accuracy, and attention to detail

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • Interest in earthmoving parts, components, products, equipment, and services
  • Developed mechanical understanding of the Construction and Mining field (desirable)
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, including Internet-based applications, MS Office, and Outlook
  • Passion and positive attitude to deliver exceptional customer outcomes
  • High Risk Forklift License (beneficial)
