We are seeking a highly skilled Parts Interpreter to join our team at Hitachi Construction Machinery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supplying quality products to our customer base.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Interpreting and processing customer parts requests
  • Providing specialist service to internal and external customers
  • Sourcing and supplying parts to meet customer requests
  • Raising quotes, sales orders, and invoices for parts sales
  • Exercising strong computer skills, data entry accuracy, and attention to detail

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • An interest in earthmoving parts, components, products, equipment, and services
  • A developed mechanical understanding of the Construction and Mining field would be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, e.g., Internet-based applications, MS Office, and Outlook
  • Passion and a positive attitude to deliver the best outcome for our customers
