The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Parts Interpreter. Based in our Dandenong branch, the successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supplying quality products to our customer base through sourcing parts, managing customer queries, and invoicing, as well as warranty support and stock coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpreting and processing customer parts requests, including pricing, availability of stock, and order enquiries
  • Providing specialist service to internal and external customers for parts via phone and email
  • Sourcing and supplying parts to meet customer requests
  • Raising quotes, sales orders, and invoices for parts sales
  • Exercising strong computer skills, data entry accuracy, and attention to detail
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience
  • An interest in earthmoving parts, components, products, equipment, and services
  • A developed mechanical understanding of the Construction and Mining field would be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills, including Internet-based applications, MS Office, and Outlook
  • Passion and a positive attitude to deliver the best outcome for our customers
  • A High Risk Forklift License would be beneficial
