Job Summary

Access Hire is seeking an experienced Capital Sales Manager to lead our equipment sales division and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, understanding customer needs, and providing solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue KPIs and drive business growth.
  • Understand customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and customer visits to ensure satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and installation of equipment, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions through our CRM system.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, analyzing market trends and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital equipment sales, ideally in the construction, civil, mining, or government sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets with an extensive database of existing customers in key market sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans, with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
